Job Description

As Verkada continues to expand across Asia, we’re hiring a Channel Sales Manager to lead and scale our partner ecosystem in South Korea. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned channel leader who combines strong technical acumen, sales expertise, and partner management experience to drive revenue and market growth. Our mission is clear: to protect people and places in a privacy-sensitive way. Verkada’s cloud-based physical security platform is transforming industries such as government, education, healthcare, and manufacturing. In this role, you’ll act as a one-stop shop for Verkada’s Korean channel, building partner capability, driving joint business plans, and managing everything from technical enablement to sales execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop & Execute Channel Strategy: Build and manage a focused partner business plan aligned with Verkada’s APJ go-to-market objectives and quarterly targets
  • Drive Net New Pipeline: Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic reseller and system integrator partnerships
  • Enable & Empower Partners: Train partner executives, sales teams, and technical engineers on Verkada’s product suite, programs, and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Verkada’s sales, marketing, and solutions engineering teams to deliver joint campaigns, events, and enablement initiatives
  • Lead Partner Success: Conduct QBRs and ad hoc reviews to track progress, forecast accurately, and identify growth opportunities
  • Influence & Advocate: Drive Verkada mindshare within key partner organisations through regular engagement and executive alignment
  • Be Technically Fluent: Act as the first line of support for partner technical queries, confidently managing basic product demonstrations, integrations, and architectural discussions
  • Represent Verkada in Market: Attend industry events, trade shows, and partner engagements to grow awareness and strengthen relationships across Korea’s security and IT ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years in channel sales, partner management, or a hybrid technical–sales capacity, ideally within security, SaaS, or IT infrastructure
  • Solid technical foundation, able to act as a one-stop shop for partners, covering sales enablement, technical pre-sales, and program management
  • Proven experience building and scaling partner ecosystems, achieving revenue targets, and driving mutual growth through channel relationships
  • Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken, with strong presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic & Operational Agility: Equally comfortable setting long-term strategy and executing day-to-day partner activities
  • Collaborative Mindset: Works effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver partner success and market impact
  • Based in Seoul with flexibility for frequent travel.

What we offer

  • Healthcare programs that can be tailored to meet the personal health and financial well-being needs
  • Paid parental leave policy & fertility benefits
  • Time off to relax and recharge through our paid holidays, firm-wide extended holidays, flexible PTO and personal sick time
  • Professional development stipend
  • Wellness/fitness benefits
  • Healthy lunches provided daily
  • Commuter benefits.
