Job Description

A global leader in Retail Management Software is seeking a Channel Sales Director to lead their North American expansion. This is a high-impact, autonomous role focused on driving revenue through an established and growing Channel Partner network. You will be the 'custodian' of the region, acting as the primary point of contact for resellers and strategic enterprise accounts. This is a remote opportunity.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify, recruit, and enable new Channel Partners (Resellers/VARs) across North America
  • Manage the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise opportunities
  • Provide sales assistance, RFP support, and market intelligence to partners in the EST time zone
  • Represent the company at major industry events (e.g., NRF in New York)

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of corporate sales experience, specifically within Retail Software
  • Proven track record in Channel/Partner Sales (selling through others vs. just direct)
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel ~30% within Canada and the US
