Job Description

We are looking for strategic thinking candidates who can recognize opportunities and turn them into high-value partnerships. Our Partner Managers will work with some of the most established players in the automotive industry to form and strengthen partner relationships with Tekmetric. Success in this role requires a creative selling mentality, as significant time will be spent working with partner leaders to devise and execute new ways to work with our partners to generate new revenue opportunities. This is an exciting and rewarding role for a strategic sales mind looking to help Tekmetic expand our reach further into the industry we love.

Job Responsibility

  • Directly manage and nurture an established partnership to enable our partners’ success, increase theirs - and their customers’ - adoption of Tekmetric, strengthen our relationship, and execute on our overall sales strategy
  • Evaluate the strategic and economic impact of potential opportunities with the partners and prioritize your efforts based on impact
  • Run point on all aspects of deal execution, from deal structuring to negotiating and legal contracting
  • Collaborate internally with key stakeholders including marketing, sales, product, and more
  • Build and maintain key relationships with C-level executives, while orchestrating the right executive touch points as well
  • Contribute to shaping our platform partnership strategy and building repeatable processes and scaled engagement models

Requirements

  • A consistent track record as a top performer, meeting and exceeding lead generation and sales objectives
  • 2+ years partner sales experience preferred
  • 5+ years on the service side of the automotive industry preferred
  • Analytical ability to drive strong commercial outcomes
  • A high level of energy, creativity, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
  • A strong aptitude for quickly building rapport with prospects
  • A self-starter attitude with solid organizational, logistical and planning skills
  • Ability and flexibility to travel frequently
  • Previous SaaS experience preferred
  • Previous experience successfully presenting to smaller audiences preferred
