monday.com is looking for a Channel Partner Manager to join the team in North America. Channel Partner Managers are responsible for sourcing, activating, and supporting partners who drive revenue through inbound and outbound activities. We think of our channel partner managers as full-stack consultants who help our partners grow their business with monday.com.
Job Responsibility
Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of your region. This is a quota-carrying role
Identify and recruit potential channel partners based on a data-driven approach
Track, report, and optimize partner performance across their sales, marketing, and consulting functions
Help partners develop & execute outbound strategies that generate new leads with verticalized solutions
Work cross-functionally with the monday.com sales and CS organizations to accelerate deals by filling potential knowledge, product, service gaps with partner offerings
Requirements
5-7 years experience in sales/account management/channel partner management - must have been in a quota-carrying role
Experience in working directly or indirectly with Channel Partners/ VARs / SIs/ GSIs
Experience in a global work environment
Track record of taking projects from A to Z - we really value and recognize our self-starters
Strong relationship-builder and initiator approach
