Channel MDF Administrator

• Administer the end-to-end MDF process, including fund allocation, approval workflows, claims validation, and reimbursements
• Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners regarding MDF processes, policies, and system usage
• Ensure compliance with HPE corporate guidelines, audit requirements, and financial controls
• Track, monitor, and report on MDF budgets, usage rates, and return on investment (ROI)
• Collaborate with Partner marketing managers, finance, and sales teams to align MDF activities with business priorities
• Support quarterly and annual planning cycles
• Provide training and guidance to partners and distributors on MDF systems, tools, and best practices
• Identify process improvements and contribute to the continuous optimization of MDF operations

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, finance administration, channel/partner management, or a related role
• Strong understanding of channel marketing and partner ecosystems in the IT industry
• Proficiency in Excel and financial tracking tools
• experience with MDF/partner portals is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
