Job Responsibility:
Contribute to the development and ensure the full execution of the Channel Marketing strategy and Business Plan for QSR & On The Go channels (Petroleum, Kiosk)
Create and implement operational plans for QSR & On The Go channels (Petroleum, Kiosk) in alignment with the annual Business Plan
Develop and execute activations for QSR & On The Go channels (Petroleum, Kiosk), ensuring the Channels activity calendar is effectively implemented
Collaborate with the portfolio development and sales teams to ensure the seamless execution of brand plans in QSR & On The Go channels (Petroleum, Kiosk)
Manage business cases for QSR & On The Go channels (Petroleum, Kiosk) channels programs, prioritizing Return on Investment, leadership growth potential, and customer centricity
Coordinate the development of the annual Picture of Success, defining the portfolio together with the Customer Value Growth Manager, overseeing Zoning, and managing activation tools such as POP and equipment, while integrating Pricing and OBPPC (occasions, brand, package, price, channel) strategies with the RGM team
Collaborate with the RED and Commercial Capability teams to cascade and guide execution within the sales teams
Plan and implement comprehensive communication strategies for the wider Commercial team regarding QSR & On The Go channels (Petroleum, Kiosk)
Continuously refine and enhance marketing processes and systems in QSR & On The Go channels (Petroleum, Kiosk) channels to improve efficiency and agility
Ensure the Sales team is equipped with POSM and POP materials for QSR & On The Go channels (Petroleum, Kiosk) in accordance with the annual plan and specific Brand or Channel programs
Identify new activation opportunities for QSR & On The Go channels (Petroleum, Kiosk) and implement industry best practices to maximize effectiveness
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or similar roles within large, multi-channel organizations
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory)
Strong communication skills
Quickly understand customer needs
Hold a valid category B driver’s license for at least 2 years (mechanical transmission)
Intermediate level of English or higher
Be a fast learner, result-oriented, agile, and curious
