The Channel Marketing Manager drives integrated marketing initiatives that generate leads and accelerate growth across corporate events, group sales, incentive travel, total resort businesses, Disney Youth business and Disney’s Fairy Tale Wedding business. Partnering closely with Sales teams, the role translates commercial priorities into high‑impact, client‑facing marketing programs across the full sales funnel while leading a small team to deliver results‑driven brand storytelling.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute client‑facing marketing initiatives aligned with corporate sales, group sales, and incentive travel objectives to drive total resort business (hotel stay, park experience and corporate events)
Support sales pitching through compelling marketing assets, testimonials, presentations, and promotional materials
Create and manage end‑to‑end marketing initiatives to cultivate for Disney Youth Programs
Collaborate with the team to create and refresh the teaching materials
Formulate, develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns promoting Disney’s Fairy Tale Wedding, from brand development to sales conversion
Lead paid advertising, media evaluation, and market intelligence analysis to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance
Promote pre‑arrival business opportunities by educating sales partners on new attractions, seasonal events, expansion projects, premium products, and dining offerings
Prepare sales decks, manage B2B communications, coordinate trade briefings, and host familiarization tours across regional and long‑haul markets
Provide team leadership, coaching, and guidance to drive innovation, strong brand storytelling, and sales‑oriented outcomes
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, in Corporate Marketing, B2B Marketing, or related fields, including at least 3 years of managerial experience
Background in hospitality, tourism, entertainment, MICE, or lifestyle brands highly preferred
Proven hands‑on experience delivering end‑to‑end corporate events such as product launches, executive showcases, and trade briefings
Strong understanding of corporate client needs, stakeholder management, and brand representation in high‑visibility settings
Experience working with tourism boards, trade partners, or destination marketing is an advantage
