We are looking for an experienced and business-driven Channel Marketing Manager to lead trade marketing strategies across all channels in the Baltic markets: Modern Trade, HoReCa and Fragmented Trade. This role carries full responsibility for delivering profitable sales growth, driving market share, and managing channel P&L across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Supply Chain, Commercial Excellence and external partners to ensure strong execution, visibility and return on marketing investments.
Job Responsibility:
Define and implement channel strategies to maximize profitable growth
Deliver volume, turnover and profit targets across the Baltics
Own Channel/Category P&L and manage DME budget accuracy
Develop and execute Channel Business Plans
Co-create Joint Business Plans with key customers
Drive distribution, listings and NSR per channel
Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure high-quality execution
Develop tailored SKU/packaging solutions and activation programs
Manage POS development and SAP orders
Evaluate ROI of key initiatives and recommend improvements
Partner closely with Commercial, SC and external stakeholders
Lead and develop your team
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in a managerial trade/channel marketing role
Experience in FMCG environment
Background in sales, field sales or key account management is a plus
Experience managing and developing people
Strong commercial and financial understanding
P&L and budget management experience
Strategic and analytical thinking
Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritize and work independently
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience working with market and consumer insights
Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
University degree (Marketing, Economics, Communications or similar)
Advanced English (business level)
Driving license (Category B)
Knowledge of Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian is an advantage
