We are seeking a strategic marketing leader to define and deliver the Out-of-Home (OOH) Channel Marketing strategy. The role drives growth through powerful channel activations, best-in-class execution, and strong customer and consumer experiences. You will unlock new opportunities using channel and consumer insights while maximizing value in existing channels.
Job Responsibility:
Define OOH channel vision and co-create LRP and annual business plans
Translate brand, portfolio, and RGM strategies into in-channel execution
Identify long-term growth opportunities and lead major channel big bets
Own OOH DME governance, ROI discipline, and program business cases
Partner with Sales, Finance, RGM, and Key Accounts to drive execution and negotiations
Own OOH Picture of Success (must-win SKUs, zoning, POP, equipment)
Lead risk management, contingency planning, and execution excellence
Develop and inspire a high-performing channel marketing team
Requirements:
University degree
Fluent English
5-7 years' experience in large, complex, multi-channel organizations
Strong strategic, commercial, and leadership capabilities
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change
