Coca-Cola HBC is looking for a Channel Marketing Activation Lead (Modern Trade) who will identify business opportunities for the sales channel based on analyses and knowledge of consumer and buying occasions, and the behavior of customers and competition in the channel. Planning and developing strategies, tactics, and goals for the trade channel's immediate consumption to capitalize on established business opportunities and achieve the set goals.
Job Responsibility
Planning, development, and execution of plans of promotional activities for the sales channel
entry into new sales facilities to activate the CCHBC range
cooperation with the sales department for the purpose of preparing the season, activating opportunities 24/7 in facilities through different types of materials
Regular market tour
an overview of prices, packaging, presentation of products, equipment, and promotional activities of CCHBC and competition
Active participation in negotiations with customers
Execution of the annual plan of promotional activities in the channel of the store's immediate consumption
Managing the execution of all planned activities effectively and in a timely manner
Ensuring the full participation of relevant sales representatives in all planned promotional activities through constant communication
Ensuring the timely availability and availability of all planned elements for the purpose of achieving the planned objectives in the trade channel
Ensuring the production of promotional materials
Budget control (DME) planned for the trade channel
Continuous focus on effective cost management with the aim of return on investment
Proactively finding new and innovative ways of activation
Administrative tasks related to creating requests for purchase orders, tracking the status of order approvals, monitoring budgets monthly, quarterly, annually
Support in the planning, preparation, and realization of the CAPEX budget, opening codes for marketing materials, communication with suppliers, planning and procurement of equipment for sales channels in coordination with sales channel marketing managers
Initiating and leading the process of opening suppliers, close cooperation with procurement
Full operational support for the marketing activation of special events
Requirements
University Degree in business related studies
5-7 years of experience in consumer goods marketing
Experience in commercial marketing, key customer area, or operational sales
Previous experience in Trade marketing
Previous experience in developing strategic plans for customers, channel, key customers or other business participants
Proactivity and ability to achieve results within set time frames
Results orientation, previous experience in working on important projects
Establishing quality relationships
Creativity and innovative thinking
Professional conduct in accordance with business ethics
