Job Description

Great opportunity for a strategic Marketing professional to design and lead our Out of Home Channel Marketing strategy for a specific sub-channel for our TCCC&CCH brands portfolio, starting from identifying the out of home channels’ big bets to the moment when Channel strategy cascaded down and executed at the delight of our customers and by creating unique experiences for our consumers. Reporting to the Channel Marketing Manager – Out of Home, this role will work on maximizing the value we generate through existing selling Channels and potential dry ones yet to be activated. Your role uses relevant channel and consumer insights, sets up best in class channel strategy and passionately works on its execution. In this high-visibility role you will work closely with key business stakeholders across marketing, sales, commercial excellence, finance, supply chain, system partners, customers, suppliers, and the broader eco-system.

  • Own and define the Channel strategy, long-range vision, and annual Business Plan
  • Identify and lead growth opportunities and big bets
  • Partner closely with Portfolio Integration team to connect brand strategy with channel plans
  • Act as SPOC for a key category
  • Drive the end-to-end Channel agenda
  • Lead investment strategy and DME allocation

Requirements

  • University diploma
  • Fluent English
  • 5-7 years comparable experience in large, complex, multi-channel organizations.

  • Own the creative development process, providing constructive feedback and ensuring all work aligns with Community Fibre's brand guidelines and strategic objectives
  • Work closely with the Senior Content Manager to ensure campaign messaging, copy and creative assets are aligned and delivered effectively
  • Support the planning and execution of ATL campaigns across channels including TV and OOH, working closely with media and agency partners
  • Collaborate with channel owners across Print, CRM, Social, and Digital to ensure campaign assets are effectively adapted and executed across all touchpoints
