Our client is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Channel Marketeer to join their Mobile division. In this role, you will own the marketing activities for one operator and one retail client within the Benelux market, acting as the key connector between Sales, Marketing, retail partners and external stakeholders. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution — translating business objectives into concrete marketing activities, managing end-to-end projects, and driving visible commercial impact across retail and operator environments.
Job Responsibility
Own and manage all marketing activities and commercial activations for 1 operator and 1 retail client within the Mobile division
Build and maintain strong relationships with operator and retail partners
Develop and implement channel marketing strategies and activation plans
Lead and coordinate marketing projects from concept through to execution
Coordinate product launches, promotions and commercial campaigns
Translate business objectives into concrete marketing activities and in-store execution
Analyze sales, campaign and performance data and convert insights into actionable optimisations
Monitor KPIs, budgets and ROI across all marketing activities
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Product Management, Retail Management, E-commerce and Corporate Marketing
Align with European HQ teams and ensure brand consistency across all channels
Identify market developments, consumer trends and commercial opportunities within the mobile market
Improve visibility, engagement and conversion within retail and operator environments
Coach and challenge junior colleagues where needed
Requirements
4-6 years of relevant experience in Channel Marketing, Trade Marketing or Retail Marketing
Background in telecom, mobile, consumer electronics or retail is a strong plus
Experience with operator and/or retail marketing is a strong plus
Strong project management skills and proven experience in complex stakeholder environments
Data-driven and analytically sharp, with a focus on commercial results
Independent, proactive and comfortable taking full ownership
Experience with both online and offline marketing campaigns
Solid knowledge of Excel
experience with Power BI, CRM systems or dashboarding tools is a plus
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Economics or a related field
