Channel Manager(Korea) role will be responsible for Distributors, Elite Networking Partners and Certified Partners. He/She will be responsible for proactively managing the relationships, including providing assistance and support in developing marketing programs and initiatives to drive engagement and revenue. Additionally, it meets, at minimum, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. This will include formulating plans to nurture partners' capabilities.
Job Responsibility:
Drive Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Own and grow sales pipeline across partners with a relentless focus on delivering revenue results
Ability to build relationships directly with the Distributors and partners
Strategic Account Development: Build and maintain high-impact relationships with partner sales teams and key stakeholders to uncover and close new business opportunities
Increase run rate business working with Distributors
Solution-Oriented Selling: Position RUCKUS wired and wireless networking solutions to solve partner and customer challenges, improve infrastructure, and drive long-term value
Partner Enablement: Equip partner reps with tools, training, and resources to confidently promote and sell RUCKUS solutions
Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle, collaborating internally and externally to ensure timely, efficient deal closure
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies continuously
Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and sales metrics, as well as forecasting through CRM tools and regular reporting
Requirements:
10+ years of channel sales and territory management in networking sectors
Experience building and executing on business and marketing plans with partners
Understand network technology with focus in Wireless Network and related services
Pro-active and sales-oriented character delivering in desirable result
Must have experience in delivering sales trainings and experience in working in a fast-paced environment with revenue responsibilities
Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
Excellent communication skills: communication is clear, concise, and convincing, whether verbal or written
Competitive, self-starter, must be proactive and have a no-excuse mindset, and work in a fast-paced environment
