Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Campaign Specialist to lead the execution of promotional campaigns across Vodafone’s digital channels. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer engagement through precise targeting, campaign configuration, and performance optimisation. The individual will work cross-functionally to align stakeholders, manage campaign tools such as Adobe Target and Airship, and ensure high-quality delivery across web and app platforms.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute end-to-end digital campaigns for promotional offers and advertising initiatives
  • Align internal stakeholders through briefings to define campaign goals, audiences, and assets
  • Configure and schedule campaigns using Adobe Target, including audience setup and asset linking
  • Conduct quality assurance testing across web and app placements
  • Monitor campaign performance, report outcomes, and manage post-campaign scaling or closure

Requirements

  • Experienced in digital campaign management and stakeholder coordination
  • Proficient in Adobe Target, Airship, and analytics tools
  • Skilled in managing multiple campaigns with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in agile environments and cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English
