Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the consumer insight team and overseeing the collection, analysis and interpretation of consumer data and market research to generate actionable insights into consumer preferences and behaviors. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to identify trends, translate data into strategic recommendations and support data-driven desicion-making aimed at enhancing products, marketing strategies and overall customer experience. By providing strategic direction and leadership, the Customer Insights Manager plays a critical role in enabling the organization to better understand its target audience, maintain competitive advantage, and drive sustainable business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • a Master’s degree is preferred
  • Proven experince in leading and developing analytics or insights teams
  • Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodogies
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, and customer journey analytics
  • Experince working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a ast-paced environment
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and desicion-making capabilities
  • High level of business acumen and result-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English
