My client is a fast-growing software company specializing in high-performance email infrastructure for service providers and enterprises. Our secure, scalable platform powers mission-critical communications with advanced customization. We are seeking an experienced Head of Channel to design and execute a global partner strategy that accelerates growth through resellers, MSPs, distributors, and technology alliances. This is a strategic leadership role for someone passionate about building ecosystems and driving revenue through indirect channels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and implement a global channel program aligned with company objectives
  • Develop partner tiers, incentives, and enablement frameworks to maximize partner success
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic channel partners across telecom operators, service providers, and enterprise markets
  • Build strong relationships with partner executives and drive joint business plans
  • Deliver training and certification programs for partners
  • Collaborate with marketing to create co-branded campaigns and lead-generation initiatives
  • Set KPIs for channel growth and monitor performance against targets
