My client is a fast-growing software company specializing in high-performance email infrastructure for service providers and enterprises. Our secure, scalable platform powers mission-critical communications with advanced customization. We are seeking an experienced Head of Channel to design and execute a global partner strategy that accelerates growth through resellers, MSPs, distributors, and technology alliances. This is a strategic leadership role for someone passionate about building ecosystems and driving revenue through indirect channels.
Job Responsibility:
Define and implement a global channel program aligned with company objectives
Develop partner tiers, incentives, and enablement frameworks to maximize partner success
Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic channel partners across telecom operators, service providers, and enterprise markets
Build strong relationships with partner executives and drive joint business plans
Deliver training and certification programs for partners
Collaborate with marketing to create co-branded campaigns and lead-generation initiatives
Set KPIs for channel growth and monitor performance against targets
Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on partner pipeline and revenue contribution
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure partner alignment
Influence product roadmap based on partner feedback and market trends
Requirements:
8+ years in channel leadership roles within email infrastructure or email security
Proven track record of building and scaling global channel programs
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems (VARs, MSPs, distributors, alliances)
Experience working with telecom operators and service providers
Excellent negotiation and executive-level communication skills
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in competitive environments
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with partners
