As the Channel Director DACH you will drive and scale our partner strategy for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Leading a team of outstanding Regional Partner Managers, you will be responsible for driving revenue through partners to achieve Keepit's ambitious growth objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute Keepit’s DACH’s channel strategy across the region
  • Lead, performance manage and develop the DACH partnerships team
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships to drive new revenue streams
  • Ensure partner enablement, performance tracking, and joint go-to-market success
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Increase partner sourced pipeline and bookings. Grow number of Deal Registration submissions, drive DR’s to AE approval and through sales stages eventually growing the partner sourced land and expand business across the region.
  • Carry out a focus partner strategy with regional partner managers dedicating their time to the most critical focus partners, while working with distribution to attend to the long tail partners, while continuously growing the partner base in the region.
  • Work with team on a Pipeline Generation plan with effective PG activities through partners.
  • Work with team on a partner enablement plan building Keepit champions at our partners and increasing the knowledge, skills and certifications of our major constituents in the partner landscape. Partners should be able to help Keepit sellers with deal execution.
  • Develop solutions that include Keepit alongside other technologies that the partner’s bundle together and go to market with.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in building and scaling regional channel ecosystems in the SaaS, data protection or cybersecurity space
  • Deep understanding of partner business models and indirect sales strategies
  • Strong strategic thinking, relationship-building, and execution skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
