Job Responsibility:
Deliver Business Targets of the total area for HORECA (Secondary Sales)
Handle total PULL CANNEL in the area (HOTELS, RESTAURANTS, FIBS, CATERERS)
Execute Pull Local and National Marketing Plans (Innovation, Activations and Campaigns)
Co-Manage Pull CDE in the area with Area Sales Manager
Support CDM PUSH to ensure DT efficiency, Excellence Service levels and Profitability
Create and recommend Sources of Growth in the area for HORECA CHANNEL
Be the Capability partner to drive PULL CDE CQ
People Management and Leadership – Handle Push and Hybrid CDES
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience of Account Management
Highly Skilled Sales Leader - Able to directly handle Distributors with Fully operational skills on DT Operations, DT Salesmen management, DT Profitability, AR, Business waste and Customer Service Excellence
Strong Negotiation skills, relationship Building and strategic thinking, Collaborator
People Leader- can train, coach and mentor to unlock sales team capabilities
