As a Channel Development Manager, your mission will be to expand our market presence and revenue opportunities! 🌍

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and engage with international partners focused on certification, accreditation, and sustainable construction products
  • Develop and execute a green-field channel strategy targeting priority markets
  • Build and onboard partners using clear commercial frameworks and mutual value propositions
  • Maintain a structured partner network, including governance and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Commercial, Marketing) for successful market execution
  • Establish onboarding processes and enablement materials for new partners
  • Drive pipeline generation through partner channels and monitor revenue conversions
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and international forums
  • Identify opportunities in sustainability and innovation-led product segments
  • Provide market insight to inform product and commercial strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business/channel development or partnerships
  • Experience in international markets and remote market entry strategies
  • Strong understanding of the construction product ecosystem
  • Commercial acumen for negotiating win-win partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • A self-starter attitude with a green-field mindset
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across diverse cultures.
