Job Responsibility:

  • Driving growth and performance of Shop to Call sales channel
  • Developing, managing, optimizing performance of this channel with new strategies
  • Managing and strengthening relationships with sales team
  • Creating new growth opportunities through new projects in shop or distribution channel structure
  • Develop and implement channel development strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Analyze channel performance data, market trends, and partner feedback to identify improvement areas
  • Prepare periodic reports and present performance insights and recommendations about channel development workflow
  • Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure that the company's offerings are aligned with the needs and expectations of channel partners and their customers
  • Conduct market research to identify potential channel partners and evaluate the competitive landscape to stay abreast of market trends and emerging opportunities
