Job Description:

Execute the regional strategy for channel development and strategic alliances, identifying and activating partnerships that generate recurring revenue, increase product distribution, and support Fever’s growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute the regional strategy for channel development and strategic alliances, identifying and activating partnerships that generate recurring revenue, increase product distribution, and support Fever’s growth
  • Execute scalable partnership models (B2B2B and B2B2C) with regional key players to expand product reach and accelerate Fever’s distribution
  • Partner with local commercial and operational teams by leveraging access to partners’ venues, assets, and networks to accelerate wider go-to-market execution
  • Identify, structure, and execute strategic alliances in the region based on global criteria (recurring revenue, multi-year agreement, new client acquisition, multi-market potential)
  • Localize, tailor, and execute global use cases across specific markets and industries (e.g. banks, telcos, hotels, travel platforms, institutions)
  • Lead end-to-end deal negotiations, in coordination with Legal and Commercial
  • Collaborate with regional Sales, Product, and Growth teams to activate and scale partnerships
  • Support business case development and present opportunities to leadership
  • Represent F4B and Channel & Alliances at the regional level
  • Report regional partnerships performance, KPIs, and market insights to leadership

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years in business development, strategic partnerships, or consulting
  • MBA from a top-tier business school
  • Minimum 2 years in top-tier consulting (MBB) or equivalent strategic advisory
  • Proven track record managing complex B2B2C or B2B2B partner relationships
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on recurring revenue and scalable impact
  • Fluency in English (additional regional language highly beneficial)
  • Background in travel, hospitality, financial services, entertainment, or tech preferred
