Job Responsibility
Own regional strategy and drive disciplined field alignment between GuidePoint and Rapid7 sales teams
Develop and execute regional GuidePoint engagement plans
Establish structured account alignment between partner account executives and internal sales teams
Partner with regional sales leadership to drive mutual accountability and target progression
Lead collaborative account planning sessions
Enforce a structured follow-through cadence
Generate visibility for regional business progress
Support regional Quarterly Business Reviews
Travel consistently across the designated territory
Requirements
3 to 4 plus years of strategic channel or partner-facing leadership experience, ideally within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS
Break larger strategic goals into clear, time-bound regional milestones
Drive personal and partner accountability for meeting sales commitments
