Job Description

The Channel Account Executive, Private Equity is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring and managing relationships with all segments of clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business while expanding existing accounts. This role is essential for driving significant revenue growth and reinforcing Deel’s commitment to meeting the unique needs of its clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Identifying, prioritizing, and building high-impact channel partnerships that drive repeatable, partner-sourced revenue
  • Closing partner-referred opportunities and co-selling with AEs to own partner-sourced pipeline and ARR
  • Enabling and activating partners end-to-end through onboarding, sales enablement, referral flows, and incentives to maximize performance
  • Nurturing and managing partnerships across their full lifecycle, from launch to long-term, high-yield revenue relationships
  • Ideating, launching, and optimizing co-marketing initiatives (webinars, events, campaigns, content) to accelerate pipeline generation
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Operations, and Product to remove friction and improve channel conversion
  • Owning and forecasting your partnerships pipeline, performance tracking, and reporting

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, channel sales, strategic alliances or ecosystem-led revenue roles
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable revenue outcomes through partners, not just manage relationships
  • Strong understanding of the venture capital and startup ecosystem, with the ability to build and leverage senior relationships
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to write compelling partner outreach, enablement, and campaign copy
  • Strong research, prioritization, and commercial judgment skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity and ownership
