An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Change Project Manager to join a leading global financial institution. This 12-month contract role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong track record in delivering and supporting complex change programmes within the banking and capital markets sectors.

Job Responsibility

  • End-to-End Delivery: Manage and support change programmes throughout the complete project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to strict project management protocols.
  • Governance & Compliance: Maintain and champion robust governance standards across all workstreams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify process inefficiencies and design smarter, more effective ways of working and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between cross-functional teams to drive project milestones to successful completion.

Requirements

  • Financial Services Expertise: Proven experience delivering change initiatives specifically within Banking or Financial Services.
  • Capital Markets Knowledge: A solid understanding of capital markets, including a deep familiarity with the product trade lifecycle.
  • Project Governance: Expert knowledge of project management protocols, frameworks, and end-to-end delivery standards.
  • Process Optimization: Strong analytical skills with a knack for continuous improvement and reporting enhancements.
