We are looking for a Senior Change Manager to join a dynamic Change Enablement Team within a leading Energy organisation for a 17-month contract. This pivotal role focuses on guiding business leaders and teams through the transition to new ways of working within a large-scale network operations portfolio. You will be instrumental in driving adoption and readiness across multiple initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are supported and empowered throughout their change journey.
Job Responsibility:
Work collaboratively with the Change Enablement and Project teams to build comprehensive views of change roadmaps across multiple readiness points
Complete thorough impact analysis to understand changes across process, tools, technology, organisation, safety, and culture
Support and partner with People Leaders through structured Change Leader engagements to build skillsets and agree on tactical change plans
Design and deploy sentiment surveys (pulse checks) and action plans to support readiness activities for impacted business teams
Develop change collateral to support solution showcases, awareness briefings, and deep-dives on specific change topics
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Change Management, Organisational Psychology, HR, or a related field
Essential experience with SCADA, EMS, or similar control systems in the energy or utilities sectors
Critical knowledge and experience working with engineering intensive projects or Operational Technology Programs
Working knowledge of Prosci methodology and the ADKAR framework and tools
Solid experience identifying, documenting, and facilitating workshops to explore business process changes
