A Change Manager is currently required for a 3-month contract, with an option to extend to work on a business facing IT System project upgrading the project management tool.
Job Responsibility
Detailed Change Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive, detailed change plan to support the project lifecycle
End-to-End Change Management: Own the full change management lifecycle, ensuring all project milestones are supported
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a conduit between the project team and the business, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, aligned, and prepared for the upcoming system changes
Business & IT Alignment: Bridge the gap between business processes and technical IT requirements, ensuring the solution is adopted effectively and business outcomes are achieved
Readiness & Support: Lead business readiness activities, including impact assessments, communication, and training support
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end change management, preferably within complex enterprise environments
Strong background in managing business-facing IT system implementations or replacements (e.g., PMP, ERP, CRM)
Ability to work effectively across both business process design and technical IT change workstreams
A pragmatic approach to change management, with a focus on actionable deliverables
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
