Kotzur is seeking an experienced Change Manager to play a critical role in the delivery of KotzurOne, our major business transformation program. This role is accountable for ensuring our people successfully adopt new ways of working arising from the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the integration of our Walla Walla and Toowoomba operations into one unified Kotzur business. This is not a purely technical role, it’s about protecting the organisation’s investment by driving adoption, readiness and capability, ensuring that technology and process changes deliver their intended benefits and are embedded well beyond go-live. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will work closely with senior leaders, project teams and functional leaders across the business.
Job Responsibility:
Developing and executing the overall change management strategy aligned to Kotzur’s transformation objectives
Integrating change activities with the broader program plan, milestones and governance
Conducting detailed change impact assessments by role, function and site
Identifying adoption risks, resistance hotspots and readiness gaps, and implementing targeted mitigation strategies
Leading organisational readiness assessments and providing objective go / no-go insights to leadership
Designing and delivering clear, targeted change communications for different stakeholder groups
Coordinating leadership messaging to ensure consistency and prevent misinformation
Developing the training strategy, including training needs analysis, role-based curricula and delivery coordination
Tracking training completion, capability and workforce readiness at go-live
Defining and reporting on change, readiness, communication and training metrics
Supporting knowledge transfer and sustainable adoption post-implementation
Requirements:
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale change initiatives
Experience in complex, multi-site and/or manufacturing environments (highly desirable)
Demonstrated delivery of change across technology, process and behavioural dimensions
Experience working alongside ERP or major system implementations (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills
The ability to translate complex change into practical, role-based impacts
Disciplined planning, tracking and reporting capability
A pragmatic, business-oriented approach with a strong outcome focus
Tertiary qualification in Change Management, Business, HR, Communications or a related field (desirable)
Formal change methodology certification e.g. Prosci / ADKAR or equivalent (desirable)
