You’ll help employees embrace new tools, processes, and ways of working—driving adoption, engagement, and lasting change across the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute Change Management: Collaborate with senior change leaders to deliver and refine change management strategies for key initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines
  • Stakeholder & Impact Analysis: Conduct thorough stakeholder and impact assessments to understand who is affected, what’s changing, and how best to support their transition
  • Communications & Engagement: Develop and deliver engaging communications, readiness surveys, and training materials that foster understanding and enthusiasm for change. Activate and support change champion networks to amplify communication and drive adoption
  • Monitor & Measure: Track adoption, feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs) using readiness assessments and sentiment tracking to ensure our teams are set up for success
  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with project and change managers to coordinate workshops, town halls, and learning sessions. Celebrate milestones and measure impact across the organization
  • Support Change Networks: Engage with PointClickCare’s change management community and professional networks, contributing to best practices and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 3–5 years supporting change or project delivery, ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or technology environments
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Kotter, CCMP, or similar
  • Skilled communicator and collaborator, able to simplify complex concepts and engage diverse audiences
  • Proactive, communicative, and eager to contribute in a team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of project management (classic and agile), stakeholder engagement, and social capital
  • Experience supporting change measures, and preparing materials
  • Proactive, communicative, and team-oriented, with a passion for learning and contributing to organizational evolution
  • Initial or advanced training/certification in change management (Prosci, CCMP)

  • Manage benefits realisation through defining and measuring change metrics and monitoring progress, including readiness for go-live, lessons learnt post-go-live and completing a benefits realisation report at the project closure
