Applications are invited for the post of Change Manager in the Directorate of Strategic Planning and Change. At Royal Holloway, University of London we have recently launched our new strategy, RH2030s. This new strategy will introduce a significant amount of change to the University, and we are looking for a new member of our team to help us implement these changes effectively and support our colleagues throughout. The role sits within our Strategy Implementation team alongside the project managers and business analysts in the Strategic Planning and Change Directorate. The Strategic Planning and Change Directorate more widely is responsible for providing planning support and management information to inform decision making as part of the strategic planning process and the delivery of the University’s strategic objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Provide change management support to strategic initiatives within the Transformation Programme
Work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure alignment with strategic implementation plans
Work with project teams
Requirements:
Experienced change manager
