Reporting to the Chief Operations Manager, the Change Manager plays a key role in leading and embedding change initiatives that support business growth, operational maturity, and organisational capability. You will work closely with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to plan, communicate, and embed changes to systems, processes, structures, and ways of working across the business. The role focuses on minimising disruption, building readiness, supporting adoption, and helping ensure strategic and operational change delivers lasting outcomes. You will also contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by helping teams adopt consistent processes, new systems, and practical ways of working that can scale with the business. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate complexity with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach.
Job Responsibility
Support the implementation of Salesforce as Gallagher Security’s Revenue Operations Platform
Develop and deliver practical change strategies and plans aligned to business priorities
Assess change impacts, risks, dependencies, and business readiness across programmes
Partner with leaders to drive communication, engagement, and adoption
Support teams through new systems, processes, and ways of working
Coordinate training and capability-building activities with key stakeholders and partners
Establish feedback loops, monitor adoption, and respond to resistance or readiness gaps
Help embed continuous improvement and fit-for-purpose change practices across the business
Requirements
Proven experience in change management, transformation, or organisational change roles
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and coaching capability
Experience in change planning, impact assessment and business readiness activities
Familiarity with structured change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar
Ability to work across multiple priorities with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
Confidence working with leaders, project teams, and external partners to support successful adoption
