Job Description:

Our client, a leading financial institution within Wealth Management, is seeking an experienced Change Manager – Intermediate to support multiple concurrent initiatives across key business lines. This role will focus on delivering People Change Management strategies that drive adoption and business readiness across diverse programs, including Investment Advisory, Private Banking, and Investment Counsel services. This is a dynamic opportunity for a change professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple projects with varying stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end People Change Management initiatives
  • Own and deliver change workstreams aligned to project objectives and timelines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in People Change Management within complex organizations
  • Strong understanding of Wealth Management and investment-related environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience conducting stakeholder, impact, and readiness assessments
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Familiarity with ADKAR methodology (certification considered an asset)
  • Regulatory project experience and prior experience with large financial institutions considered an asset
