Our client, a major Canadian enterprise, is seeking a Change Management Strategist with experience creating and executing change strategies that drive business results. The candidate will work in a large sized team of 15+ people.
Job Responsibility
Create and execute change strategies that drive business results
Drive behaviour change by coordinating and aligning all executives, stakeholders, partners and experts to create a holistic change strategy for clients, as well as readiness strategies that prepare team members to support the successful adoption of the change
Use data and insights to inform strategies
Requirements
The ability to assess, translate, and articulate what is really changing, for people, from technology-based projects
Strong communication skills - the ability to promote a clear vision to different audiences, altering one's style, language, and approach
Collaboration - working with and directing whomever is required to create a holistic and effective change plan
