Our client, a major Canadian enterprise, is seeking a Change Management Strategist with experience creating and executing change strategies that drive business results. The candidate will work in a large sized team of 15+ people.

Job Responsibility

  • Create and execute change strategies that drive business results
  • Drive behaviour change by coordinating and aligning all executives, stakeholders, partners and experts to create a holistic change strategy for clients, as well as readiness strategies that prepare team members to support the successful adoption of the change
  • Use data and insights to inform strategies

Requirements

  • The ability to assess, translate, and articulate what is really changing, for people, from technology-based projects
  • Strong communication skills - the ability to promote a clear vision to different audiences, altering one's style, language, and approach
  • Collaboration - working with and directing whomever is required to create a holistic and effective change plan

  • Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points, particularly around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents.
  • Own flagship deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and driving them to close.
  • Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers: act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes as if you were part of their team.
  • Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life.
