The Change Management & Strategic Communications Transformation Manager is a contract role focused on enabling Business Transformation and MMS Solution Deployment & Services (SDS) across the MMS US Region, reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations Strategy, Business Transformation.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and manage change management strategies and communications for transformation initiatives
Create and maintain presentations and messaging for executive audiences
Lead networks of change champions to execute plans
Define and evaluate success metrics
Build rapport with stakeholders and adapt to changing environments
Influence and build consensus across teams
Implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
Create engaging content for internal audiences
Drive projects to completion and deliver outcomes
Provide stakeholder and executive-level updates
Requirements:
7+ years in change management for complex initiatives
7-10 years in business transformations, strategy, corporate communications, or consulting
Experience in customer support and professional services is a plus
Web design and content production experience is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint
Strong business acumen and project management
Ability to simplify complexity and strategic thinking
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
MBA desirable
Change Management certifications highly desirable
Nice to have:

Web design and content production experience is a plus
