We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to manage the change office for large, strategic customers. This role acts as a single point of contact, coordinating and managing all contractual and commercial changes for high-value accounts. The position plays a critical role in ensuring change requests are accurately assessed, approved, implemented and delivered in line with agreed service levels, while maintaining strong collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
Job Responsibility
Manage end-to-end change control activities, including request intake, analysis, approval, implementation, reporting and review
Coordinate and progress customer change requests through defined change management processes, including escalation where required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the change management system
Provide timely, high-quality reporting and clear communication on change status, impacts and outcomes
Deliver detailed impact assessments for contractual and commercial changes
Manage smaller-scale commercial changes, including impact assessments and contract amendments
Organise and lead meetings and calls with customers and internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
Ensure appropriate approvals are secured prior to implementation and that changes are owned and delivered within agreed SLAs
Review completed changes to confirm objectives have been achieved and best practices are applied.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Change / Bid or Project coordination
Solid understanding of structured change management processes
Basic financial knowledge about cost types, P&L reports
Confident working with multiple stakeholders across organisations and seniority levels
Communicate clearly and professionally in fluent English, both verbally and in writing
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proven ability to present to internal and external customers
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and sound judgement
Adapts well to change and contributes ideas for continuous improvement.
