We are seeking a Change Management Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale initiatives across business and technology teams. This role will drive projects through the full lifecycle — from planning and stakeholder alignment through execution and delivery — ensuring successful outcomes aligned with strategic priorities.
Job Responsibility:
Lead cross-functional projects spanning multiple business units and systems
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders and technology teams
Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Drive change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems
Provide clear communication, reporting, and updates to senior leadership and project sponsors
Coordinate testing efforts (UAT, regression, pilot testing) and oversee project governance activities
Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions
Mentor business analysts and guide project team execution
Requirements:
8+ years of project management experience
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Financial services industry experience preferred
custody or operations exposure a plus
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
