Job Description

We are seeking a senior Change Management Project Manager to lead and support enterprise change initiatives across technology and business programs. This role is ideal for an experienced change leader who can both drive change strategy and mentor a growing change management team. You will play a key role in high-impact, multi-year initiatives including ERP and HR system transformations, identity management modernization, and public-facing projects within an academic environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead change management strategy for large, enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert and mentor to change management team members
  • Develop and execute change plans including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement
  • Partner with project managers, IT, HR, and business leaders to ensure successful adoption
  • Assess change impacts and readiness across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Support ERP and HR system transition from PeopleSoft to Dayforce (go-live January 2027)
  • Lead change efforts for identity systems modernization (authentication, logins, passwords)
  • Support public-facing and academic-focused initiatives with broad user impact
  • Track change metrics, risks, and adoption outcomes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Change Management experience, including enterprise initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead change efforts and mentor junior practitioners
  • Change Management certification strongly preferred (CCMP, Prosci, or equivalent from MSI, ATD, or accredited universities)
  • Experience supporting ERP, HR systems, or large technology transformations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to have

Experience working in complex or highly visible environments (public sector or academia a plus)
