Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Change Management / PLM Change Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in product change lifecycle management using PTC Windchill, combined with GenAI-driven automation and analytics. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing, tracking, and optimizing change processes while collaborating closely with engineering, manufacturing, and compliance teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and timely implementation of product changes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product changes, ensuring changes are properly assessed, approved, and implemented
  • Create, modify, and maintain change objects including Change Requests (CR), Change Orders (CO), design files, and Bill of Materials (BOM) within Windchill
  • Leverage GenAI capabilities to analyze historical and real-time data within Windchill to support change decision-making
  • Automate routine tasks to reduce manual effort, minimize errors, and improve efficiency during change request and approval processes
  • Utilize GenAI for complex information retrieval, summarization, and insights generation related to change data
  • Establish, configure, and maintain workflow processes for reviewing, approving, and implementing changes
  • Oversee execution of change implementation tasks, ensuring adherence to defined timelines and quality standards
  • Track and report change progress, proactively identifying risks, issues, and bottlenecks
  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready change records, including approvals, impact assessments, and compliance documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and compliance teams to ensure seamless change execution
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues arising during the change management process
  • Assess the impact and risk of proposed changes on products and related systems, recommending mitigation strategies
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, providing clear updates and documentation

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Change Management processes in a PLM environment
  • Strong working knowledge of PTC Windchill (Change Objects, BOMs, workflows)
  • Experience applying GenAI / AI tools for data analysis, automation, information retrieval, and summarization
  • Proven experience in automating workflows and routine tasks within change management systems
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, engineering change management, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
