Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Manager to lead the people, process, and adoption aspects of the Affinity H&D transformation program. This role will partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, and end users to ensure seamless delivery of front-to-back user experiences, sustainable change adoption, and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of project management rigor, change leadership, and strong problem solving, with the ability to operate across strategy and execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end change management for the transformation program
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption
  • Assess change impact across front-line users, operations, and leadership levels
  • Anticipate resistance and proactively design mitigation strategies
  • Partner with Program and Project Managers to integrate change activities into overall project plans
  • Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and readiness across workstreams
  • Support governance forums with clear, data-driven updates and recommendations
  • Ensure alignment between business outcomes, delivery plans, and user experience goals
  • Champion a holistic, end-to-end user experience across customer-facing and internal processes
  • Collaborate with UX, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure changes are intuitive, usable, and adoptable
  • Translate complex process or system changes into user-centered narratives and enablement materials
  • Build trusted relationships with executives, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams
  • Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and decision forums
  • Influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Define and track success metrics (adoption, proficiency, engagement, value realization)
  • Gather feedback and insights to continuously refine the change approach
  • Ensure transition plans are in place for post-implementation sustainability

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and/or change management within large, complex initiatives
  • Proven experience delivering large scale transformation programs (business, technology, operating model, or digital)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting front-to-back user experiences, spanning customer, operational, and internal users
  • Experience working in a consulting, advisory, or transformation-led environment is strongly preferred
  • Track record of managing multiple stakeholders across business, technology, and leadership teams
