Reporting to an AVP, the Program Change Management Lead would be responsible for applying the Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodology throughout the entire lifecycle of a program or programs. They would provide an integrative lens to the change they manage. In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring the overall success of change management for the program, which contains sub-programs and projects with a high composite of risk. Your proven experience of understanding the business impact and value to the organization, delivering complex change and ensuring the change is sustainable is what sets you apart. The overall success of the program is measured by the realization of business value, client/stakeholder satisfaction, and the quality of results. As a recognized leader, you will provide leadership and direction to Business Sponsors in guiding them through the change process.
Job Responsibility:
Actively works with the Program Directors/Project Managers ensuring cohesive integration of change management activities within the individual program/projects plans
Leads and implements change initiatives related to business processes and technologies
Develops OCM project/program strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training
Identifies and manages anticipated resistance through risk mitigation tactics, ensuring change reinforcement and sustainability plans are in place
Leads and facilitates meetings with executives and business leads to develop a change adoption plan
Stays ahead of key developments in the industry and among competitors to elevate the Change Management discipline and delivery capabilities.
Requirements:
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in senior program and project change management positions, working collaboratively as part of cross functional teams
Extensive experience with large scale organizational change efforts
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the lifecycle
Strong Analytical, Problem Solving and root cause identification skills
Proven ability to establish and build healthy working relationships and partnerships with business leaders, peers, clients and team
works transparently and cooperatively with cross-functional teams, effectively engaging all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external
Challenges the status quo and exhibits a mindset of creativity, determination and an energetic drive to succeed.
Highly motivated, an independent thinker and has a proven track record of setting and meeting aggressive goals and actions plans, both as an individual and with a team
