We are seeking an experienced Change Management professional to lead and govern ITIL-aligned change processes across infrastructure and application landscapes. This Pune-based role plays a critical part in ensuring changes are assessed, prioritised, communicated, and implemented with minimal risk and maximum business value. The individual will work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive process efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end ITIL-aligned Change Management processes across on-premises and cloud-based IT infrastructure and applications
Facilitate and govern CAB and GNG forums, including defining release scope, evaluating entry and exit criteria, addressing dependencies, and enabling informed decision-making
Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis for proposed change requests, ensuring alignment with organisational standards and service stability objectives
Partner with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to communicate change decisions, risks, and timelines effectively
Analyse existing change processes to identify delays, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, recommending and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities
Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and reporting requirements related to Change Management
Requirements:
Approximately 15 years of relevant experience as a Change Analyst or in a similar capacity
Strongly grounded in ITIL Change Management principles and practical application within complex IT environments
Comfortable managing changes across infrastructure and application domains, including both on-premises and cloud platforms
Confident in leading structured governance forums and engaging diverse stakeholder groups with clarity and credibility
Analytical, with the ability to assess risk, impact, and process performance to drive continuous improvement
An effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
Based in Pune, with availability to work fully from the Pune location
