Job Description:

This is a temporary, remote-based position. The Change Management Lead will play a key role in driving the people side of the company’s most critical transformation initiatives sponsored by the Value Creation Office (VCO). This role ensures that new processes, operating models, and ways of working introduced through the VCO are clearly understood, effectively adopted, and sustained across the organization. Partnering closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, the Change Management Lead will build organizational readiness, guide teams through change, and help accelerate the impact and value realization of enterprise-wide programs. This role is essential to ensuring that transformation initiatives deliver lasting impact, not just at launch, but over time. Success is measured by adoption, sustainability, and the ability to embed new ways of working that drive measurable value for the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the people-side execution of enterprise transformation initiatives sponsored by the Value Creation Office (VCO)
  • Develop and execute integrated change strategies aligned to program milestones, governance requirements, and value realization goals
  • Assess organizational impacts, readiness, stakeholder needs, and potential resistance across initiatives
  • Design and deliver clear, compelling communication plans that articulate purpose, expectations, and value
  • Facilitate leader alignment sessions, workshops, and employee engagement forums to support adoption
  • Create and oversee training plans, learning materials, playbooks, and quick reference guides to enable new ways of working
  • Equip teams and leaders to successfully transition to new processes, systems, operating models, and routines
  • Partner closely with program teams, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Engineering to embed changes and ensure sustainability
  • Define adoption and effectiveness metrics, track progress, and adjust plans as needed to drive outcomes
  • Support leaders in reinforcing new behaviors, operational routines, and accountability
  • Provide insights and guidance on culture, communication, and team dynamics to improve adoption and engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping navigate resistance and complex stakeholder dynamics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, enterprise transformation, or change management leadership in technology, consulting, or services industries
  • Prosci or comparable change management certification required
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
  • Previous experience with operating model transformation or value creation initiatives strongly preferred
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution while managing ambiguity
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with senior leaders and guiding teams through complex change
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks concurrently and deliver results under timelines and pressure
  • Highly skilled and experienced at negotiating conflict and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills with an ability to present issues to C-Level Executives and senior leadership
