Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Change Management Lead (ERP Systems) - REMOTE to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US). We are looking for a skilled Change Management Consultant (ERP) to support large-scale ERP transformation and integration initiatives within the Healthcare & Life Sciences domain. This role focuses on driving user adoption, enabling business readiness, and ensuring smooth transitions through structured change management practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP programs, strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, and expertise in applying PROSCI methodologies in regulated environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the design and execution of change management strategies for ERP implementation and integration programs
  • Apply PROSCI (ADKAR) methodology to assess change impact and drive adoption
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, including identification, mapping, and engagement planning
  • Develop and deliver clear, targeted communication plans across business and technical teams
  • Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, and SMEs to align change activities with project milestones
  • Assess organizational readiness and support change impact assessments across functions such as regulatory, quality, clinical, and supply chain
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and end-user enablement programs
  • Identify and manage resistance to change, proposing mitigation strategies
  • Track and report change adoption metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory standards in healthcare environments

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of strong experience working as a Change Management Consultant on multiple ERP integration programs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
  • PROSCI Certification (mandatory) with practical application experience
  • 5+ years of proven expertise in stakeholder analysis and engagement
  • 5+ years of experience working in complex, cross-functional environments

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, or Medical Devices industries
  • Understanding of GxP, FDA, or other regulatory frameworks
  • Exposure to global transformation or consulting environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
