Deloitte's Organizational Change Management (OCM) offering enables an organization to manage effectively their transformational journey in support of their business strategy. OCM can occur at the enterprise, business unit or functional level, and leverages behavioral analytics, actuarial capabilities and research insights to drive change across the organization of our clients.
Job Responsibility
Lead or support clients' workstreams and projects on a wide range of transformational initiatives, with a focus on organizational change management
Participate in presales activities by contributing to proposals and supporting client discussions on transformation needs
Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience and smooth change adoption
Present a cogent idea or case using clear and concise messaging, supported by relevant data and change management tools
Effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients to support the successful execution of transformation projects
Recognize technology as a business enabler and integrate it into daily work to facilitate efficient change adoption and data-driven insights
Requirements
University Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management Science and Technology, Social Sciences, Finance or Psychology
A Master's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management will be highly appreciated
2 or more years of prior relevant work experience in organizational change management (including agile change) at a high-profile consulting firm or related professional areas with increasing responsibility based on seniority
Prior experience in fundamental organizational change management frameworks or approaches such as ADKAR
A change management practitioner qualification from recognized bodies such as PROSCI will be highly appreciated
Strong writing skills with the ability to produce concise and engaging content tailored to client needs
Ability to work effectively in teams and contribute to collective success
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring quality deliverables are met on time in fast-paced environments
Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly translate theoretical change concepts into practical, value-driven business outcomes
Nice to have
