Job Description:

The Finance Solutions Sr. Analyst is a seasoned professional role responsible for handling the end-to-end delivery of critical transformational initiatives related to system enhancements and integration linked to consent order, CAP, regulatory requirements, IMRs, etc. The position involves stakeholder management, coaching, analytical problem-solving, and participation in setting strategic processes within Citi Finance.

Job Responsibility:

participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process, organization and architecture covering Finance across Citi businesses, products, functions and locations
assists in setting business and information architecture standards for Finance
participates in assessing and incorporating changing business, regulatory and market information needs into finance processes and applications
resolves complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines or processes
manages one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and considered analytical or procedural 'expert' representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables
supervises day-to-day work of junior level employees
acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, clients and assets

Requirements:

5-8+ years of financial services industry experience
relevant experience in UAT - Change Management/Enhancements
proficient in MS Excel and familiar with dashboard creation
background in Tableau, SQL will be an advantage
excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and presentation skills
advanced Microsoft Office skills
bachelors degree graduate
