We’re looking for an experienced Organizational Change Lead to partner with senior leaders and project teams to drive meaningful, sustainable culture and performance improvements across our Supply Chain organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, people, and transformation.
Job Responsibility:
Lead initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and build long-term capability for change across teams and functions
Conduct organizational readiness assessments, analyze results, and deliver clear, actionable summaries to project teams and senior leadership
Recommend tailored change strategies and plans that support successful project rollouts and long-term adoption
Advise leaders on Organizational Development, Change Management, and Behavioral Change considerations that may impact implementation success
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and engagement throughout the change lifecycle
Requirements:
Strong experience as a Change Lead, including impact assessments, training development, and instructional design
Solid understanding of Supply Chain operations and dynamics
Ability to translate complex organizational insights into practical, people-centered change strategies
Experience working in retail environments is highly desirable
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
