We're partnering with a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Change & Transformation leader to drive enterprise-level culture and performance improvements within a marketing-focused environment. Job Responsibility
Lead and execute organizational change initiatives to support large-scale transformation programs
Conduct organizational readiness assessments, analyze findings, and present insights to senior leadership
Develop and implement change strategies and actionable plans aligned to business objectives
Partner closely with leadership to identify organizational development, behavioral, and change challenges
Design and deliver clear, compelling communications strategies to drive engagement and adoption
Build internal capability by coaching leaders and teams on sustainable change practices
Support transformation efforts within a marketing function, including process, technology, and capability evolution
Requirements
6+ years of experience leading organizational change, transformation, or culture initiatives
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and guide organizations through complex change
Strong background in Strategic Planning
Strong background in Change Management methodologies
Strong background in Communications development & delivery
Experience working within or closely with marketing organizations
Familiarity with marketing technologies such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms)
Highly analytical with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
