We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to support a global procurement transformation program involving Zip, Coupa SIM, Ironclad CLM, and P2P processes.
Job Responsibility
Lead change management, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement activities across multiple system releases
Develop communications, executive messaging, training materials, user guides, and readiness plans
Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations
Coordinate global deployment activities, including localization, change champion networks, and multi-region communications
Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and system integrators to drive successful adoption
Track program progress, support governance activities, and ensure delivery of high-quality change management artifacts
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, HR, IT, or related field
5+ years of change management experience, including 3+ years supporting procurement, supplier management, or P2P organizations
Experience with enterprise platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, or similar solutions
Strong communications, training development, stakeholder management, and change impact assessment skills
Experience working with global teams and applying ADKAR or similar change methodologies
Nice to have
Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent certification
Experience with Coupa SIM, Ironclad CLM, or contract lifecycle management implementations
Experience with Marketing Cloud, SharePoint, and system integrator partnerships
Background in retail, consumer goods, sourcing, or procurement environments
