We are looking for a skilled Change Management Consultant to join our team for a contract position in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This role involves leading organizational change initiatives to ensure a successful nationwide rollout of a cutting-edge real estate agent platform. The position is critical in driving adoption, overcoming resistance, and tailoring strategies to meet diverse regional needs.
Job Responsibility:
Lead change management efforts for the deployment of a new real estate agent platform, collaborating closely with IT, training teams, and executive leadership
Develop and execute a detailed rollout plan, addressing challenges and providing actionable solutions
Design and implement internal marketing strategies to boost awareness and encourage platform adoption among agents
Partner with training experts to create scalable programs and materials that support agent learning and engagement
Produce engaging tools such as presentations, videos, guides, and FAQs to facilitate the rollout
Recommend tailored deployment and communication strategies that align with regional and agent-specific needs
Craft messaging and talking points for executives to support live and virtual events
Identify and resolve barriers to adoption, with a focus on supporting tenured agents
Track and analyze progress, adoption rates, and feedback to refine strategies and optimize outcomes
Coordinate with IT teams to monitor technology release schedules and address any issues impacting user adoption
Requirements:
Extensive experience in program and project management, particularly in technology rollouts and adoption
Strong expertise in organizational change management, with a proven ability to drive successful technology adoption
Background in creating and managing internal marketing campaigns to encourage user engagement
Proficiency in designing and developing effective training strategies and materials
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working with executives and diverse teams
Ability to collaborate across functions, including IT, training, and communications
Skilled in creating compelling assets such as presentations and digital guides
Adaptability to tailor strategies for varying regions and agent demographics
