We are seeking a contracted Change Management Consultant responsible for setting and implementing change management strategies. This role involves assessing the impact of change on stakeholders, developing communication and training plans, and managing the change process to ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.
Job Responsibility:
Assess the impact of change on stakeholders, addressing potential resistance
Develop and execute a change management plan, track progress, and mitigate risks and challenges
Facilitate the adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies through effective communication and training
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, collaborating with other departments
Facilitate workshops and meetings, including training for new team members
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in change management, ideally within healthcare or technology sectors
Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies
Proven background in working with stakeholders across various organizational levels
Strong knowledge of change management principles and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Adaptability to thrive in ambiguous, matrixed environments
Experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and strategy development
Nice to have:
Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise software implementations
