We are looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant to support a mission-driven organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract opportunity focuses on guiding enterprise change efforts, strengthening stakeholder readiness, and driving adoption across finance and operational teams within a non-profit environment. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational change management expertise, business process insight, and the ability to translate complex transformation goals into practical communication, training, and readiness plans.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with Deloitte on the Change Management Strategy and readiness assessment approach
Support Deloitte‑led stakeholder and change impact assessments
Lead NMDP’s internal application of the strategy—turning design artifacts into actionable change, readiness, and adoption plans
Apply financial and operational acumen to interpret Deloitte‑led stakeholder and change impact assessments
Execute Oracle communications and engagement activities
Bring the Story of Change to life for leaders and employees
Coach leaders to deliver consistent, credible change messages
Partner with Deloitte on training needs analysis, training strategy, and curriculum design
Assume primary responsibility for assigning course and process owners, mapping end users to Oracle roles, coordinating training logistics, identifying and onboarding NMDP trainers, localizing training materials
Support Deloitte‑led Train‑the‑Trainer, then lead end‑user training delivery
Establish and manage the Oracle Change Champion network
Execute readiness assessment activities and translate results into targeted interventions
Provide ongoing coaching to sponsors and people leaders
Requirements:
7+ years OCM experience with ERP implementations
finance acumen
Prosci Certification
10+ years of experience in change management, organizational change management, or a closely related consulting role
Demonstrated ability to lead user adoption, readiness, and stakeholder engagement activities for large-scale business initiatives
Strong understanding of finance and operational business processes, with the ability to interpret impacts across multiple functions
Experience supporting business process re-engineering efforts and translating process changes into practical adoption plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including development of internal communications for diverse audiences
Background in training strategy, online learning content, or learning management systems
Proven ability to work effectively with consulting partners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams in complex environments
